Bring the Whole Family

The Algonquin Gitigaan campsite features a queen-sized bunk bed, wood-burning stove, custom solar shower, shaded hammock area & additional tent pad.

This campsite will sleep 4 adults comfortably in the large canvas tent and has a large enough area for family and friends to pitch a tent of their own. Max Capacity is 12.

Fallon Flynn ~

My husband, daughter (8) and son (5) and I had an amazing weekend here!!! Gena and Dennis were very accommodating and answered all of my questions leading up to our visit! We especially enjoyed hiking the trails around the campsite, swinging in the hammocks and roasting marshmallows at night! The beds were very comfy and clean. Plenty of water and firewood for the weekend. We visited Sweet Arrow Lake and Swatara Park, but had the most fun exploring around the campsite! We will definitely be returning again in the future!

Grill Upgrade

Don’t want to cook over the fire the entire time (or at all) while you stay with us. We’ll set up the gas grill for you, with grilling tools & seasonings top use your entire stay.

Bedding upgrade, no need for sleeping bags. Includes 4 cooling pillows, 2 fitted sheets, 2 flat sheets, pillow shams, and 2 queen comforters. Set up in large tent for your arrival.

Guided Native Plant Walk

Meet Genavieve along our creek trail to learn about the various native plant species, how NE indigenous people used them, wellness uses today, and leave with a better understanding of foraged plants.

Includes rental of a 33 oz stainless kettle, stainless pour-over funnel, and carafe thermos. You keep 3 artisan coffee flavors from a coffee shop in Hershey & our farm's 4 loose leaf tea blend sampler.
